About Rabbider Mystic

My name is Sage McKellepp, 28 year old author and creator of Rabbideer Mystic, and I am a gender-fluid shamanic folk witch. My practice is eclectic: founded in Irish-American Folk Magic, Celtic Shamanism, Ancestor Veneration, and Hellenic x Kemetic Polytheism. I have a large pantheon with a deep devotion to The Morrígan and to Hermès especially in his epithet Eriounês.

I’ve been practice my folk magic for 16 years, divination for 9, and spirit communication has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I never set out with the intention of having a spiritual business, I was already doing the work in my own life and in my community. It became clear this is my path in life so I started Rabbideer Mystic officially in 2025. I’m currently initiating as a shaman, priestess, and spiritual counsel within my coven.

This kind of practice is in many areas of life, since nothing is truly separate from spirit in an animist religion. I write a blog discussing different forms of magic and seasonal alignments, offer a variety of rituals and reading services, and craft spiritual tools and enchanted artwork.

I find my work to be sacred and in service of my gods. I care for community structure deeply, hoping to bring insight and connection through my creations and writing.

So What’s A Rabbideer?

Rabbideer: /rabə-dir/ noun. A mythological creature with the front half of a hare and the back half of a deer, with antlers that grow and fall seasonally. All Rabbideer have antlers, regardless of sex. Despite common misconception, a fully grown Rabbideer is large like a deer and is not small like a rabbit. This is also not the same creature as a Jackalope.
